Hills and Shores was created to fill the need for a professional sales organization that specializes in rural land developments and communities.  We can assist you in all phases of development; from the acquisition of land, community layout and platting, positional marketing and of course sales.

Rick has had his Real Estate and Broker's license for 15 years.  He has an MBA in Marketing and a passion for land development that is undeniable.  Rick is originally from Houston, but has lived in the Hill Country of Texas for over 20 years.  His wife and two daughters also love all the beauty and entertainment the Hill Country has to offer.

Max has lived in the San Antonio area his entire life and according to Rick, knows everybody.  His primary focus with Hills and Shores has been acquisitions and consultations to new communities.  He and his wife, Debbie, who is also a member of the Hills and Shores team, have lived in Boerne, Texas for over 10 years.

Eddie grew up on a farm near Comfort, Texas.   He enjoys hunting and fishing in the Hill Country and has developed an appreciation for the outdoors and a respect for the land.  He contributes his Sales and Sales Manager skills to Hills and Shores.  Eddie, his wife and three children, reside in San Antonio and like all the team members, he enjoys sharing his free time with his family.
